What shampoo and conditioner do you use at the basin?
At Hair Phase we spare no expense for our clients - every product you see on our shelf is customised to your salon experience. We use high end brands, kerastase, Kevin Murphy and Goldwell. We offer variety of care products to specialist treatments from scalp issues to nourishing boosters.
I’m getting married! - can I pre book?
Yes of course, pre-booking is highly recommended so we can make sure we allocate the right amount of staff for your special day.
My appointment - do you do trials?
We would prefer and recommend you to come for a trial so we can make sure you get the style of your dreams for your special day.
Do you come to the venue?
Yes we do travel to the Venue if requested to make it easier and stress free on your day.
Can you host my wedding party at the salon?
Yes we definitely can host your wedding party at our salon, we do prefer it to all be pre-booked so we can allocate the right amount of staff and seats for the whole bridal party.
I have a special event on - can I get an appointment?
Yes most definitely, give us a call and we will get you an appointment. We do prefer at least a weeks notice to make sure we have a spot for you but if it’s last minute that’s okay too we will try and make it work.
